Return & Refund Policy

At Pocketz Baits, we take pride in the quality of our products and want customers to be satisfied with their orders. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must include its original packaging, when applicable.
Proof of purchase may be required.
The return must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Please contact Pocketz Baits before sending a product back so we can provide return instructions.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Custom & Custom-Painted Products

Because custom and custom-painted products are created specifically for the customer, custom orders are final sale and cannot normally be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This includes products made or painted according to a customer’s requested colors, patterns, designs, specifications, or other customization.

However, if a custom product arrives damaged, is defective beyond normal handmade variation, or is significantly different from the agreed-upon order, please contact us so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Product Variations

Many Pocketz Baits products are handmade, hand-finished, and/or hand-painted.

Minor differences in color, shading, paint placement, pattern, finish, texture, size, weight, or other cosmetic characteristics may naturally occur from one product to another. These variations do not affect the product’s intended use or performance.

Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible, but handmade products may not be identical to the item pictured.

Reasonable variations resulting from the handmade or hand-painted process are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact Pocketz Baits as soon as possible after receiving it.

Please include:

Your name
Order number
Description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product and damage
Photographs of the shipping packaging if the package was damaged during delivery

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and information about the issue.

If the error was made by Pocketz Baits, we will work to correct the order at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

For approved returns that are not the result of an error by Pocketz Baits, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective product for which Pocketz Baits accepts responsibility.

Customers should consider using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Pocketz Baits cannot guarantee receipt of a returned package that does not have tracking.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Shipping charges are not refundable except when otherwise stated in this policy.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Pocketz Baits as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an in-stock order has entered the shipping process.

Custom or custom-painted orders cannot be canceled once work has begun, including purchasing or preparing materials specifically for the customer’s order.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases are subject to the terms agreed upon for the wholesale order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale products are not eligible for return due to unsold inventory, customer preference, or normal handmade variations.

If a wholesale shipment contains damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, please contact Pocketz Baits promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
