Processing Times

In-Stock Items
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Custom-Painted Orders
Custom-painted orders typically ship within 7–21 business days, depending on current workload. If processing times are expected to exceed this timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate.

Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

Retail Shipping

Pocketz Baits currently ships within the United States only.

Retail orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and include tracking.

  • Flat-rate shipping: $9

  • FREE shipping: Orders of $150 or more

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders are not eligible for the retail flat-rate or free-shipping promotions.

Because wholesale shipments can vary significantly in size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination, wholesale customers are responsible for the actual shipping cost of their order.

The final shipping charge will be determined once the wholesale order has been finalized and packaged.

The product total is due when the order is placed. Applicable shipping charges may be included on the wholesale invoice.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to USPS or UPS, carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Pocketz Baits.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
