Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at the time an order is placed unless other arrangements have been made for an approved wholesale order.

Pocketz Baits reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Product Availability

Many Pocketz Baits products are handmade, custom-painted, or produced in limited quantities. Availability may therefore change without notice.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully completed.

Handmade & Custom Products

Because many Pocketz Baits products are handmade or hand-painted, minor variations in color, pattern, finish, appearance, or other characteristics are normal.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and the customer’s screen or device.

These normal variations are not considered product defects.

Custom-painted orders typically require additional processing time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current processing estimates.

Pricing

Pocketz Baits reserves the right to change product prices, shipping rates, promotions, or discounts at any time.

Price changes will not affect an order that has already been completed and paid for unless an obvious pricing error occurred.

Retail promotions, discounts, and free-shipping offers do not apply to wholesale purchases unless specifically stated.

Shipping

Pocketz Baits currently ships within the United States only.

Retail shipping rates, processing times, free-shipping qualifications, tracking information, and other shipping terms are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Wholesale customers are responsible for the actual shipping costs associated with their orders and are not eligible for retail flat-rate or free-shipping promotions unless specifically stated otherwise.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing is intended for approved wholesale customers purchasing Pocketz Baits products for resale.

Wholesale prices, minimum order requirements, payment arrangements, product availability, and other wholesale requirements may differ from retail terms.

Wholesale customers are responsible for actual shipping costs based on the size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination of their shipment.

Pocketz Baits reserves the right to approve, decline, or discontinue wholesale accounts or arrangements.
